What file types can I upload?
Demand Signatures accepts PDF files up to 50 MB each. Several PDFs can be combined into one document when you upload them together.

You can upload PDF files only, up to 50 MB each. If you select several PDFs at once, they are combined into a single document in the order they appear in the upload list.
If your document isn't a PDF#
Save or export it as a PDF first, then upload the PDF:
- Word or Google Docs: use File → Save as or File → Download and choose PDF.
- Scans or photos: most scanner apps and phone camera apps can save a scan as a PDF.
- Check the PDF opens correctly on your computer before uploading it.
If a file is rejected#
A file is rejected when it is not a PDF or is larger than 50 MB. The upload page lists the rejected file names so you can fix them and try again.
Tip
To make a large PDF smaller, re-export it at a lower image quality, or split it into parts and upload the parts together so they are combined into one document.
Adding pages later#
While a document is still a draft, you can add or remove pages from the page rail in the editor, so you don't need to upload everything again.
